CULTURA ESCOLAR Y REFORMAS EDUCATIVAS EN ESPAÑA: ALGO MÁS DE MEDIO SIGLO Y PERSPECTIVA DE FUTURO

Resumen

¿Cuál ha sido el devenir histórico del sistema educativo en nuestro país durante el último medio siglo? ¿A qué intereses se ha debido y/o ha beneficiado? En este artículo exploraremos qué hay detrás de la Cultura Escolar utilizando un enfoque histórico que profundizará principalmente en las reformas e ideologías educativas desde finales de la Segunda Guerra Mundial hasta nuestros días. Todo ello precedido de un breve pero necesario estudio de sus antecedentes. De esta forma, resumiremos los cambios subyacentes que, con el paso del tiempo, nos han llevado al aprendizaje basado en competencias, pilar del espíritu emprendedor sobre el que hoy se construyen los procesos educativos. Finalmente, defenderemos la necesidad de una verdadera revolución educativa, y no una mera evolución de las prácticas, leyes y discursos existentes.

Abstract: What has been the historical development of the educational system in our country during the last half century? What interests have been and / or have benefited? In this article we will explore what is behind the School Culture using a historical approach that will focus mainly on educational reforms and ideologies from the end of the Second World War to the present day. All this preceded by a brief but necessary study of his antecedents. In this way, we will summarize the underlying changes that, over time, have led us to competency-based learning, a pillar of the entrepreneurial spirit on which today’s educational processes are built. Finally, we will defend the need for a true educational revolution, not a mere evolution of existing practices, laws and discourses.
